Working with Artists -  I have managed in the last year to surround myself with other talented artists and musicians.  I did this photo at the d-note in Arvada.  This was the first night I heard my friend, Seth Larson (Something Underground) and Angie Stevens make music together.

Opening up the pages - Today is the first day I'm opening up my journal and sharing my creative process with the world.  I feel a bit raw, vulnerable but most of all excited.  I've been keeping journals actively since high school.  Last week, they were all finally liberated from the boxes in my storage garage.  I've got them within reach, and on display at my office, it's so powerful as an artist to be able to put your hand into and onto the process.

How is it that each day, every waking moment the simple, yet sometimes painful art of creation is going on under our noses, before our very eyes.  The sun rises and sets, the blades of grass grow and the clouds magically transform & dance across the sky.  Yet, most of us walk through life as a passenger often not even taking the time to notice those subtleties & marvel as time evolves.

I want to share myself with you.  How I manage to open my eyes, to see the world though my camera lens and spread the message of love.
