The Brown Palace - Cristina's celebrations continue into the afternoon with the girls. I met up with them again at the Denver's famous Brown Palace Hotel for a celebration dinner at the Palace Arms.

The girls decided to show up to the dinner wearing blue scrubs - I didn't think it was possible to surprise Cristina again, but when they made their entrance the tears of joy flowed once again. The girls (there are about 12 girlfriends in this circle and only 4 could make it) got Cristina a stethoscope that was engraved, and Linda had some jewelry made from opals she had given Cristina when she graduated from high school.
