Welcome Sydney! - Holly and Scott just adopted Sydney, and yesterday was her first official photo shoot. Big brother, Simon, was full of energy much more than his last session as a newborn. I love watching kids and families grow.

My first interview!!! - Cara and Elizabeth, the Intransit Duo (they laugh and giggle about all sorts of stuff. My kind of people!)

They interviewed me last week about my experience at the Danskin. I emailed them to say how much I loved their podcasts, then we started emails back and forth about my blog and all things fun. Their weekly podcast is really funny! It covers triathlons, travel, and related adventures weekly basis with other topics features like "Stoked and Stellar" (gear reviews) travel tips, workout reports, race reports, words of the week, and general topics related to life anxiety. My interview starts about 1/2 hour into the show.
