Vision Quest - Last weekend I took some time off to reconnect with myself, and relax at the Hot Springs in Idaho Springs.  The geothermal caves are such a wonderful place to really ground me.  These pools are full of hot water, ranging in temp from 107 - 114 degrees. The walls are rocky, carved from the water that flowed through them from long ago.  I've always been drawn to water, and feel so great in water.  There are many times (and photos too) of my with BIG smiles floating in the oceans all around the world.

Reconnecting with my strong desire to teach and share my passions; cycling classes, coaching triathlon, and sharing my passions of art and photography. Teaching allows me to share these areas and guide people to create and get in touch with a deeper part of themselves.  After I left the cave, I found my way to my blue sketchbook and outlined a new workshop idea.  Incorporating aerobic activity, breath through yoga, journaling and art making.

Monday night after I shared these with Barbara, we went outside, looked up at this sky.  This is what we saw.
